Terms and Conditions
Booking Deposit:
A deposit of 20% is required for the booking of your wedding day photography. Dates are only reserved when the deposit is made. Deposit refunds are not refundable if cancellation commences less than 60 days prior to the wedding.
Balance of Payment:
The remaining balance is required at your pre-consultation date no later than 30 days prior to your event/ceremony.
Wedding Book:
All sizes are in centimeters and are approximate subject to trimming at the designers discretion.
Parent Books:
All sizes are in centimeters and are approximate subject to trimming at the designers discretion
Copyright:
The 1988 copyright, designs and parents act assigns copyright to Sophie Stern Photography. Any photograph may be reproduced by Sophie Stern for publication, exhibition, display, competetion or other promotional purposes. You may not copy scan or digitally reproduce any of my images unless written consent is given by Sophie Stern.
Film and Digital Media:
Is the property of Sophie Stern.
Delivery:
Whilst delivery times will be adhered to wherever possible , they do not constitute part of the contract. During the festive seasons for example Christmas, delivery times may be extended. All albums are hand made and require time for production and shipment. Delivery of finished albums can take up to eight weeks from proofing.
Complaints:
In the event of any complaint, all work is subject to complaint and must be returned within 10 working days together with appropriate letter.
Digital Photo Viewings:
Sophie Stern allows free viewing and one set of selected changes to your pdf album. Each change after will carry a £70 designers fee.
Shoot Schedule:
I will endevor to shoot all images required but cannot be held responsible for lack of available time or weather conditions on the day.
